Sathees Nadesan is an experienced and highly qualified customer service/call center professional with over 22 years of corporate experience, 17 of which were in the Telco service industry. He previously held various senior management positions at Abans Group, Golden Key Company Ltd, and Mobitel. He has excellent project management skills, having successfully managed projects in rural and remote areas of Sri Lanka such as Sooriyawewa, Mullaithivu, and Jaffna. His skill set includes outsourcing operations, call center management, recruitment, and training, as well as operations and process management. He is a proficient public speaker and personal development trainer. He holds an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Asia e University, Malaysia and a Diploma in Customer Service.
